At GreatBlinds.ca we sell custom made window treatments manufactured with extreme care to the specifications provided by our customers. For this reason, orders are not returnable for any reason except warranty repair. We know that your window covering project is a significant investment, so if you are unsure, you may consider making your first order for only one blind or shade so that you can judge for yourself the quality and workmanship of our products.
GreatBlinds.ca is not responsible for mismeasures, wrong installation, wrong colour selection, wrong fabric selection. We will, however, offer an “oops policy”. If you make a mistake measuring or entering your measurements into our website, we will remake the window coverings for you at a 20% discount.

Great Blinds will never under any circumstances, other than as requested by a duly appointed legal official as part of a criminal investigation, provide personal information relating to any of our clients or contacts to outside entities. We do not sell email addresses for any reason. We may provide third parties with non-identifying demographic information. It will never contain information that could be used in any way to identify or contact you by an outside party.

Delivery Policy

Great Blinds ships all order within 14 business days of placed order. We use UPS for all our shipping. Great Blinds will ship to all countries around the world.
